NOM-035-STPS-2018 requires every workplace in Mexico to identify and prevent psychosocial risk factors and workplace violence. What you must do depends on how many people work at your site.
A prevention policy, measures to prevent workplace violence, informing your staff, and identifying anyone who went through a severe traumatic event at work so they can be referred for care.
Guide I
All of the above plus a questionnaire for all your staff on psychosocial risk factors, with the measures and records that come out of it.
Guide I + Guide II
All of the above, with the questionnaire that also assesses the organizational environment. It can be applied to a representative sample, which HAON calculates for you.
Guide I + Guide III
The assessment is repeated at least every two years. HAON picks the guides that apply from the number of workers you register; you don't need to know the standard by heart.
It is not a PDF to fill in by hand. It is a platform where HAON does the heavy lifting and you review and sign.
Each worker signs in with their code on their phone and HAON reads them the official questions. With breaks, and without asking for their name.
HAON drafts your company's policy with the commitments the standard requires, plus the poster to share it.
From the results, HAON proposes the actions in chapter 8 of the standard for each area at risk and builds the intervention program.
A short lesson on NOM-035 with a quiz, shared by link, and a certificate of participation for everyone who completes it.
Policy, grouped results, measures, referrals and dates, ready to show when the inspection arrives.
If someone went through a severe traumatic event, HAON flags it so you can refer them to medical care or to their social security institution.
Nobody at HAON has to set you up. You do everything from your computer or your phone.
Type how many people work at your site, see your price and pay by card or bank transfer (SPEI).
You receive an email to create your password. Sign in to your panel and register your workplace.
HAON creates one code per worker. Each person answers on their phone, at their own pace.
See the grouped results, apply the measures and download your file.
One price per workplace, based on how many workers it has. It includes everything listed above.

Mexico's Federal Labor Law penalizes breaches of occupational safety and health standards with fines of 250 to 5,000 times the UMA.
Complying with HAON costs from MX$250 + VAT for two years: less than 1% of the minimum fine.
Reference amounts using the 2026 UMA (article 994 of the Federal Labor Law). This is not legal advice: the authority sets the fine in each case.
HAON is the assistant that talks with your staff: it reads the official questions calmly and lets anyone who needs it take a break. Nobody writes their name to answer; you hand out the codes, and only if Guide I detects a case does HAON tell you whom to refer.
Complying with the standard shouldn't be paperwork: it is a chance to ask your people how they are doing.
Yes. It applies to every workplace, from one worker. With 15 or fewer, your obligations are simpler: a policy, preventing workplace violence, informing your staff and Guide I.
Nobody sees them one by one. You see grouped results, and only once enough questionnaires are finished, to protect each person's identity. The only list with names is the referral list the standard requires.
No. Each person signs in with an 8-character code on their phone. They don't register or give their name to answer.
We prepare an Enterprise Plan proposal: several workplaces, one panel and volume pricing. Write to us and we will reply.
Yes. When paying on haon.com.mx, indicate that you need one and you will receive the official Mexican invoice (CFDI) by email.
Two years from purchase. That is the period the standard gives to assess again; after that, you can renew.
No. It is a HAON certificate of participation. It serves as evidence that your staff received the information the standard requires, but it does not replace a DC-3.
